Attitude
              Worry, anxiety, and doubt will consume you if you allow them. Have confidence in your ability to attain reasonable, realistic goals. Let go of control: seek feedback from those whom you trust and admire. Emulate them, and integrate their suggestions in your behavior. Ignore harsh, unconstructive criticism.
              Your perseverance toward goals will demonstrate your commitment to a value, project, or mission. Your example will influence others toward greater achievement. Your positive attitude will motivate you to apply your best qualities toward productive accomplishment, and growth within a satisfying, fulfilling life.
