Challenge
              You’re stretched by unending, unexpected challenges. Become aware of your strengths, limitations, and fears. To truly discover and extend your potential, explore, test, challenge, and push yourself. Challenge yourself, for example, to get off the couch or away from the computer, and to move; to reduce things to their simplest truths; to let go of resentment and stressful relationships, and to reject beliefs in the supernatural and in myth. Confront unjust power structures and challenge oppressive policies. Continually expand your abilities and strive toward your potential. You don’t need to compete with or defeat others. You need only attain your highest possible level of mental and physical fitness to live fully.
              Your biggest challenge isn't someone else. It's the voice inside you that yells, ‘CAN'T,’ but you don't listen. You just push harder. And then you hear the voice whisper, ‘Can.’ You discover that the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are.
