              Your intuition, and the best information available, influence all your choices. Personal bias is partiality that prevents your objective consideration of an issue or situation. Weigh differing views or opinions using equal criteria, not personal likes or dislikes. Your development or evaluation of organizational policy, and your performance evaluation of people, must also avoid personal bias.
              Is your behavior truly fair and objective? Does it result in the widest opportunity and greatest good for all people?
